Things have been crazy lately, haven't they? Here are some tips for you and your partner to help you during this rough time:
1. Take a walk together with your partner because being outside and being active is very therapeutic and physically beneficial.
2. I like to tell people who are in couples counseling to have a date night at least once a week to reconnect because life can get hectic.
3. Sometimes, you don't even have to talk to enjoy company. Taking naps together can be a great way to be intimate.
4. Keep a sense of humor. This is one of the most valuable tools for couples counseling and in life.
